Every painting featured on this website is available as gorgeous giclée prints on thick, bright-white matte archival paper that takes the ink well, enhances the colors, and looks great when matted and framed. These prints should last for many decades if protected from harsh chemicals and direct sunlight.
We use pigmented inks, which produce the most durable and beautiful giclées.
Newer oil and acrylic paintings are also offered as large gallery-wrapped giclées on canvas. Learn about gallery-wrapped prints.
Every one of our prints—from the smallest to the largest—is individually made by a professional printer and photographer of art who has built a reputation and career by servicing the finest galleries.
Extremely sharp, high-resolution digital images of Bernie’s original paintings allow us to offer large, top-quality prints of those pieces. In many cases, they can even be made larger than the original paintings.

Original paintings are usually available for prompt shipment. We hire a specialty company to custom build protective shipping boxes individually fitted to each piece. Ultimately, our timing depends on that company’s schedule. Before the busy holiday season they tend to slow down, but usually they can produce such a box within a week.
Since our prints are not mass produced, not shipped out by the hundreds, and not stacked in a warehouse waiting to be sold, it may take two or three weeks for you to receive them, especially in our printer’s and shipper’s busy seasons.
If you need either an original painting or a fine, custom-made giclée by a date certain — as a birthday, wedding, or holiday gift, perhaps — please don’t wait until the last minute to order!

Every giclée print sold here is made to order by a professional printer of art to the highest-quality standards, using superior materials including the best-possible photograph available of the painting being printed.
Add in Bernard Marks’ initial time, talent, materials and studio expenses and you can understand why our prints are not cheap.
Each piece that we sell, whether it’s an original or a fine giclée, is a work of art in its own right. You really do get what you pay for.

The colors that each visitor to this site sees in these pieces depend not only on the specific paints that Bernard Marks chose, but also on the settings and calibration of the visitor’s monitor.
To the best of our ability, the images uploaded to this site accurately reflect the original paintings and prints, but we can’t guarantee that how you see them on your own monitor is exactly the same as the artwork you’ll receive.
What we can guarantee is that the piece of art you receive will be beautiful… because everything Bernie painted was beautiful. We wouldn’t offer it here if it were not.
