Snowy Tracks
MARTHA MARKS COMMENTS ON BERNARD MARKS’ EXQUISITE “SNOWY TRACKS” FROM COLORADO’S ROCKY MOUNTAINS:
This is a personal family favorite, one happy result of an especially memorable September visit to the Colorado Rockies that Bernie and I made in the fall of 2004. The autumn colors were gorgeous, and then it snowed. The resulting combination of fall colors and bright snow made it one of the best outings we ever experienced.
Bernie made and sold several wonderful paintings from that trip. But we kept “Snowy Tracks” and a few others, which have been displayed in our home all these years. I love this painting and all the others, but the time has come to offer them to others who will love them too.
